Bundle 3
Effective Written Communication Bundle
(18 hours)
Four Key Courses delivered in six, three-hour bursts
Effective
Written Communication Bundle.
After the Communications Modules, the participants learn how to
gather relevant information (content).
After the relevant information has been collected through open
ended, carefully crafted inquiries, the participant learns to produce
written documents that address the need of the audience, provide
answers to questions, explain complex technical issues in terms of
business outcomes and, most importantly, are brief,
to the point, and well structured.
Finally, in most business
contexts, there is a recommendation made for something to happen:
A new technology, or new policy to implement, a new product to
create, a new pricing to adopt and so on.
There are key points to be covered in term of meeting the
reader needs, highlighting the relationship between costs and
benefits, defining roles and processes to take place.
The Proposal Writing Modules create a structure that serves as
a check list for departments / professionals to follow and also
enhance the department image with consistent professional graphics and
look and feel elements.
