Three Key Courses delivered in five, three-hour bursts
The Relationship
Building Bundle was designed to assist the work of professionals
working in multi-site, cross functional, complex environments where
several parties with different perspectives and often conflicting
expectations occur. Very often negotiations, post acquisition projects or joint
ventures or interface with external bodies (government or other) are
the trigger for the challenge of this type of work. In every solid relationship there has been at least one
conflict that has been raised and resolved; to expect otherwise is unrealistic.
This bundle incorporates Communications, Relationship Building, and Conflict Management.
