Typically, the sequence of steps after Step #2 would be the following:

Step 3
Discussion of your business initiatives,
number of people you want to train and their locations,
internal trainers you may want to certify for delivery and
your budget and timetables.

Step 4
Submission of a written confirmation of our discussion with deliverables, fees and sequence of
recommended steps to go forward.

Step 5
Approval by you in writing (fax or e-mail
acceptable). You let us know of your decision whether you want your internal
trainers to be certified to deliver or our own facilitators.
We strongly recommend the appointment of one of your staff as a Liaison/Sponsor of the class.
This person becomes the ambassador of Good Will for the program and interfaces with the participants for maximum
benefit of communications about the investment the organization makes for the development / recruitment / or
other issue you are addressing.
You also let us know whether you want us to help you with graduation certificates, communication aids
to “market” the program, motivational aids (golf shirts,
or plaques etc.) National vendors we work with are available for
customization of the PRIDE ™ logo with your corporate logo for maximum effect on class
materials and other items.

Step 6
Consultation with appointed member of
your team for customization of case studies and or vignettes. Typically, this is by a combination of phone discussions
and e-mail

Step 7
If internal facilitators of your company
are involved, we schedule the certification program (2 days).
If external facilitators deliver, we schedule the
series of modules and provide you with a list of AV and
classroom requirements

Step 8
We ship the participants’ materials to your site before the
class(es)

Step 9
We begin delivering the classes and collect grades on quizzes and participants’ feedback forms.
Also we provide anonymous feedback about the class and
patterns that we see. We also create periodic reporting by phone - or in other ways of
your preference - to a person appointed by your organization.
If internal facilitator is selected, we coach this
person on the methodology involved for the same reporting.

Step 10
Graduation ceremony attended by senior management for recognition of graduates and award of
graduation certificates. Photo op for internal newsletter and increase of good
will among employee population.
