three-hour "how to" skills development program for
today’s business environment which provides insight into the
motivating factors that guide people’s performance.
Participants learn to use techniques to produce effective
results utilizing the profiles, skills and abilities of people.
Facilitators use interactive exercises to reinforce project
management skills.
