Conflict Management 

A three-hour "how to" program for today’s business environment which provides insight into managing conflict.  Participants learn to use techniques to manage differences, defuse difficult situations and cope with anger.  Facilitators use interactive exercises to reinforce the actions necessary to prevent and resolve conflict.
